We recently purchased 2 vehicles from Chapman. There were a manufacturer issues with both of them! It was very disheartening to have this happen. Our salesperson Betsy and the GM of the dealership went above and beyond to correct our situation. It was a long month to have resolutions. But they both stayed in constant contact and made sure in the end we were happy. The customer service provided more than made up for the issues we had that wasn’t their fault. Thank you again!

Transmission on my 2016 ram 2500 went out at 112,000 miles. Andrew, my service advisor kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Andrew at Chapman Ram for anybody who needs service for their truck. My only reason why I did not rate five stars is because of the Chrysler failing to get parts in a more expedient timeframe to the dealership. This caused me to occur over $1000 in rental fees due to being without my vehicle For approximately four weeks. Although the transmission was warranted under the extended Chrysler warranty program, coverage fir rental or loaner vehicles only last for five days, which is useless when parts are backordered. I think the issue with backordered parts should be addressed by covering the rental agreement longer periods of time.
I can’t say enough good things about Chapman Dodge Jeep Service Department. From the moment I pull up, I’m greeted by friendly, professional people. They record my concerns, suggest services that need to be done. I always have a positive experience with them.

My service advisor Rick did a great job with my Ram 3500. Oil and fuel filter, tire rotation and air filter changes in a couple of hours. He kept me up to date on progress.

My car broke down during a road trip and was towed to Chapman Jeep. Prior to arriving I spoke with Gage and he offered reassurance that he would do everything possible to help. Upon arriving at the service department, Gage and his team greeted us outside and efficiently took care of us. Over the next few days he kept me informed of everything and my car was fixed on schedule. They even washed it! That wasn’t an easy task considering we had driven 1000 miles and many bugs met their demise on my windshield and grill! Gage and his team were outstanding! They met and exceeded every expectation!!

Sevice was quick part was available. Courtesy shuttle was provided. The pull handle at driver side roof column failed. It was a dodge ram truck put that should have been covered by it is not covered. Dodge labeled it A trim piece. I pay big bucks for a warranty. Sucks

What started off as going in for a routine oil change and service check up, which is always top notch as well, ended up with me walking away that day having bought out my vehicle! I could not be happier! The gentlemen who helped me out, Jeremiah, his manager Jesse, and the finance guru Hector, all went above and beyond to help me not only save money on my payments, but also feel confident I made the right choice in buying out my lease. The service team is great. Never had any issues with service or sells. The people who fix the cars are a hit and miss. They replaced a tire but didn't put air in the others. They always forget to add windshield wiper fuild when I get oil changes and for some reason they wash my husband's car but never do mine which is annoying.
Kenny took care of my 50,000 service. He a credit to Chapman dodge.

Kenny in service too great care of me. Answered all the questions I had and went out of his way to give me options. The last couple times I was so disappointed that started going to a different dealership for services. The reason I came back was because all the dealerships were months out and Chapman usually takes in care for service within days. Thanks to Kenny I will continue to be a loyal customer to Chapman.
I came to Chapman after a poor experience at a competitor and a neighbor’s referral. I bought a second vehicle within a year based on my sales experience. You have a customer for life based on my service experience. Holly goes over and above and communicates through the entire process. She is a gem and the ultimate example of customer service.
